Chicken Adobo Makes For An Easy Dinner
3lbs chicken thighs
1/3 c soy sauce
1/3 c white vinegar
3 T brown sugar
4 cloves garlic
1 T grated ginger
1/4 black pepper
1 c water
salt to taste
